The Delmae Chorus is made up of 43 members for the 2009-2010 school year. The following events are scheduled for the school year:

Donuts for Dads – November 19,20

Christmas Musical on December 10 at 6:30 p.m. Delmae Cafeteria

Muffins for Moms – February 10-11

Music In Our Schools Month at Magnolia Mall on March 5

Music News

 

 

 

Students at Delmae will have opportunities this school year to experience music in many different ways.  We will practice beat and rhythm using a variety of instruments, read and notate music, sing expressively, compose rhythm patterns, and study different kinds of music around the world.  Different grade levels will participate in special units that may require special materials.  I will inform parents when supplies are needed for music class.
