7:40 a.m.– 2:30 p.m. We utilize Accelerated Reader at
Delmae. Students are always reading to enter a new Point Club or to
earn a new certificate. Students earn prizes for each club level. Below is
the interactive quiz list to search for quizzes. http://www.quizlist.net/search.aspx?id=34830 AR BookFinder – is a tool to help
students find books. You can search
for a book by level, topic, author, fiction and nonfiction. In the upper left hand corner is a bookbag
icon. Click on add book to bookbag and
print out the list. Students will have
a list of books they can look for in the library. All books on the AR BookFinder website are
not in the Delmae library. The book
list can be used as a guide to assist students and parents at the Delmae or
public library. Volunteers: The library staff
needs volunteers for the following:
shelving books, checking out books, processing new books, checking the
order of books on the shelf, helping with bulletin boards, repairing damaged
books, and many other fun filled activities.

Suzanne Rybak is the new media
specialist. She has been with Florence
District One for the past three years.
She has three children and lives in Florence with her husband. Mrs. Rybak has an undergraduate in
English. We welcome all new students
and returning students to the Delmae Media Center. Keli Klim, a native of Florence,
has been with District One for nine years.
She lived in Pawley’s Island for ten years before returning to the
Florence area with her husband of 25 years and two teenage children, Teri, 18
and Christopher, 16. Her love of
reading makes her position in the Media Center that much more special. Carrie Gregg, Assistant Carrie Gregg, a native of
Florence, has been with the District for five years. She has one
daughter. Her name is Wonza L. Johnson and one grandson, Tyler Johnson,
9 years old. Tyler is in the fourth grade. Mrs. Young is his
teacher. Ms. Gregg likes singing, cooking, and going to Tyler's games. Helpful Web Sites: You will find
