Band camp went very well last week. Our staff was one of the best staffs I have worked with and much was taught and learned. All 20 pages of the opener are on the field now we just have be able to combine them with the music.

Post camp week begins on Monday at 5:30 for full band you should be on the field in roll block at that time with instrument, water, music, pencil, charts and most importantly, your positive attitude and strong work ethic.

We will only practice Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday no practice on Thursday because of open house.

Our Show shirts should arrive this week if you have not paid your 10 dollars you will need to do this during the week. This will be our summer uniform along with your white shorts. This fee was not included in your camp fee since I was unsure of the final cost of this shirt this year.

We will have a performance on Friday morning for the freshmen. All band members (including freshmen) will need to be at the school by 10:00am to get ready for this. We will be playing the fight song and Alma Mater and the drums have the “Wack Attack” to perform.

Our marching theme is The Mask of Zorro. This show should have lots of opportunities for some excitement for our audiences. Click here for more information about the show.
