Our Classroom

In Mrs. Nettles’ class small groups of students learn specific standards and skills as outlined in each student’s Individualized Educational Program (IEP.)  The students in our class are in kindergarten, first, second, third, or fourth grade.  Our class period lasts 50 minutes.  Most students come to our class for one or two periods daily.  The rest of the day they receive instruction with their homeroom class.  We learn using direct instruction, cooperative groups, interactive computer programs, and sometimes games.  Our classroom is located on the second grade hall in room 108.  We share our room with Ms. Chappell who teaches third and fourth graders.  This is our classroom!
