Teaching philosophy:
The major
goal of education is to produce students who will make positive
contributions to our society. We need to prepare them for the role of
leaders, scientists, doctors and the every day citizen. Every student that
we teach will have some type of impact in the future. It is my goal to
steer them in the right direction.
Further more
I believe that everyone can learn and wants to learn. It is up to educators
to find the right instructional technique in order to meet the diverse
needs of student. Yet, I believe that with proper guidance and an
environment conducive for learning student will seek to learn. While, I
stress an environment conducive for learning, I also stress that student
express their own ideas and to questioned that which they do not fully
understand.
Finally as a
teacher I must be mindful of those I provide service for and teach to their
needs. They after all are the reason we have teachers.
