Horticulture Dept Rules

Horseplay in Horticulture will result in an office referral and possible suspension. Observe all safety rules.

1. Follow directions in a timely manner.
2. Have needed materials every day.
3. No talking without permission.
4. Arrive to Horticulture Dept on time.
5. Have school ID displayed on your person.
6. Bring agenda book every day to class.

Procedures (unless different in discipline code)

1. Name on board with rule broken (warning)
2. One check behind name (writing assignment)
3. Two checks behind name (parental contact)
4. Three checks (removal from classroom)

Parental contact may be made at any point to either praise student’s behavior or ask for help from parent to change student’s behavior. Please call to arrange a conference 679-4490. Mrs. Alexander is usually available from 2 – 3:30 daily or by appt. Parents/Guardians are welcome to call or visit (Visitor pass from FCC front office required – 664-8465).
