Floriculture is an Agricultural Education course. Passing students receive one elective Carnegie unit towards High School graduation requirements. All Agricultural Education courses require a Supervised Agricultural Experience to be completed by each student outside of class time.
Each student will be provided a membership to the SC FFA Association and will be given the opportunity to earn college scholarship money as well as valuable career and leadership experiences. Active FFA membership and SAE progress will be expected for scholarship opportunities to become a reality.
A Floral Arranger I certificate will be awarded to any successful student meeting above average design requirements and passing certification testing.
