Dear Parents,

Please call or contact me with any questions or concerns. The quickest way to reach me is by email. I will be glad to meet in person as well. Please call guidance to set up a parent conference.

 

 I look forward to working with my students and helping all of my students achieve success. My goal is to enable them to do their best and be thoroughly prepared to move onto their next Math class whether here at WF or in college.  I am available to help before and after school with a little notice time.  Thank you.

Class Rules:

1.     Be on time and have needed material/supplies, including ID and agenda. 

2.     Respect the people and materials in the classroom. Be kind.     

3.  No profanity in class.

4. Follow directions the first time they are given.

5. Raise your hand for permission to speak or leave your seat*.

6. Follow all school regulations and the District Discipline Code. 

*Bathroom trips will be allowed but should be limited.

Note: The District Discipline Code will be followed. A copy is available in your agenda.

 

Class Procedures:

Be seated in assigned seat.

Begin working immediately on any bell work.

Listen carefully.

Complete all assignments.

Work in pencil only.

 

Materials:

You will need one 3 ring binder with dividers (4), notebook paper, pencils and graphing calculator. I will have a set of graphing calculators for use in class but having one available for personal use is preferred for Geometry Classes and necessary for Precalculus Honors. Precalculus students are encouraged to purchase the TI Nspire CAS graphing calculator. Please check with me prior to purchase. A calculator information letter will be sent home with students within the first week of class.

Finally, your ID should be on when entering room and your agenda available to you.

Percentage System:

PreCal Honors - Test 50%, Quiz 20%, Homework 10%, Exam 20%

Geometry CP- Test 40%, Quiz 25%, HW 15%, Exam 20%
