Parents,
Please
call or contact me with any questions or concerns. The quickest way to reach me
is by email. I will be glad to meet in person as well. Please call guidance to
set up a parent conference.
I really look forward to working with my
students and helping all of my students achieve success. My goal is to enable
them to do their best and be thoroughly prepared to move onto their next Math
class whether here at WF or in college.
I am available to help before and after school with a little notice

Class Rules:
1.
Be on time and prepared to work as soon as class
begins.
2.
Respect classmates, your teacher and yourself. We are
here to learn.
3.
Raise your hand and be granted permission before you
speak or leave your seat.
4.
Limit restroom trips during class to emergencies.
5.
No food or gum in class.
6. Follow all school regulations and the District
Discipline Code.

Note: The District Discipline Code will be followed. A
copy is available in your agenda.
Class Procedures:
Be seated in assigned seat.
Begin working immediately on any bell work.
Listen carefully.
Complete all assignments.
Work in pencil only.
Materials:
You will need a
3 ring binder, notebook paper, pencils and graphing calculator. Use of dividers for organization is
encouraged. Have your agenda and ID.

System: Test 50%. Quiz 20%, Homework 10%, Exam 20%
