Reading: This week, we will be responding to informational texts in a variety of ways. Please encourage your child to read things such as newspapers and magazines and tell you about them. We will also be giving oral presentations in class about plants and animals in different habitats. The work for this will be done in class.

Spelling: Spelling homework will be given each night. A test on these words will be given on Friday. Please help your child study throughout the week.

English/Writing: This week, we will write a report on one of SC’s key leaders during the American Revolution. This will be researched and completed in class.

Math: We will continue working on pictographs and bar graphs this week.

Social Studies: This week, we will continue talking about the American Revolution. Our Unit test will be on Tuesday, November 24. Look for a study guide around the end of the week.
