Course Description:

This course focuses on incorporating handheld computers into the classroom environment. Participants will look at teachers who are already using handheld computers in the classroom and discuss some of the management and logistical issues teachers have encountered as they have implemented this tool for learning. They will also review some handheld basics. Practical classroom applications and lesson plans are part of the curriculum. Other activities will involve developing action plans or materials that will help you plan for program and professional growth. Suggested activities will include options appropriate to your level of experience. This page will be updated regularly so I encourage you to visit often.
