In the year 2005, a new piece of legislation was developed and initiated called Education and Economic Development Act (EEDA). It was developed in cooperation with our business leaders with the intent to help provide students with education, support, and knowledge as they prepare for life after high school. During this nine week course, we will be introducing the state’s sixteen career clusters to our students. Another very important part of this course and the legislation of the EEDA is the development of an Individual Graduation Plan (IGP). Your child will be meeting with the Career Specialist and Guidance Counselor to discuss career interest and choices.
