WELCOME TO KEYBOARDING AND COMPUTER I Mrs. Shearon, Teacher
Keyboarding is being required for each 8^th grade student this year by the SC State Dept. of Education. In order for students to be able to take any computer class at the high school level, they will need to pass a proficiency test at the end of the 9 weeks. Requirements are listed in my Classroom Expectations letter. COMPUTER I students are exposed to various software programs during the nine weeks. They will spend time working on keyboarding skills. Some of the software programs we will use are: PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel. Please follow the links below to my classroom procedures and rules.
